WHO SHOULD USE THIS SITE?

This site is aimed at people who want to live a great life, achieving all they can at work, in their personal lives and those keen to build great positive relationships with friends, family and colleagues. To do this I believe that we need to stop and think. This site won't tell you how to think or how to achieve a great life, but it might just help direct you thoughts down roads you've not been down before, and maybe when your there you might find your own answers. This site takes just 2 to 3 minutes every week and its free. It's will reference material from great authors like Brian Tracy, Napoleon Hill, Steven D Levitt, John Elliot, Jim Collins and Peter Thompson. I hope you enjoy the site as much as me

Like most of you I subscribe to a fair few email mail shots one of which is Nightingale-Conant's Motivation thought of the day. I normal read them and move on, but this one was different, it held my attention and I could feel my brain beginning to ponder

Here the quote

"Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at 20 or 80. Anyone who keeps learning stays young. The greatest thing in life is to keep your mind young." — Henry Ford

It reminded me of a speech I heard from "Jim Rohn" and here my paraphrased version

How many books should you read?

As many as you can fit in to your schedule, because the books you miss wont help.

What if guy missed the book, Think and Grow Rich.

He was a nice guy but he missed the book!

He was very sincere but he missed the book.

He worked hard but he missed the book.

There is no telling what treasures will be missing from your life, if you just miss the book

So I wonder, what knowledge is right in front me which would fundamentally lead me near to my goals.

And I ponder perhaps its worth fitting this into my schedule after all

Till next week.

Regards David G
